Scribd vs DocStoc

Scribd is very similar to Docstoc by that users can upload documents and share them through email, Twitter, Facebook, and blog/wiki/website. Scribd users can share documents directly to Facebook by logging in and can use upload Google Documents. Scribd is definitely more connected than DocStoc. Scribd can be shared through 29 different social media sites. When you register using Scribd it even helps you find subscribers using your email contacts.

Another pro to Scribd is that in my opinion is more visually appealing. It was a little more user friendly.

Scribd has featured texts such as books and magazines. I can how Scribd could eliminate textbooks in schools.

The real test to see which document sharing website I am going to use is the website that isn't blocked by the county filter.
